Busy, Busy...but God is still blessing!

Whew! It's been busy! With Bible Quizzing - Junior and Senior - there aren't many Saturdays left in a month.

But God is sooo good!! He just keeps blessing us!

Just a couple of months ago, I was involved in a car accident. I was devastated for 2 reasons: 1.) I wrecked Brad's car; and 2.) it meant we had to get another vehicle, which we really couldn't afford to do.

Brad and I have made bad decisions in the past; as single adults and as a married couple. We had had a very eye opening experience and had just gotten ourselves straightened out. We had established a plan to get ourselves on track.

And now I total the car. Not exactly factored in to our plan. I was inconsolable.

We had both expected a certain amount out of the car and we started looking for a new vehicle. The cars we were looking at were all above the amount we were expecting out of the insurance payoff for the car I wrecked.

Then, we get the call. The insurance check was going to be far and above what we had expected. We could buy the vehicle we had found that we wanted to buy AND put some money aside.

The Lord used a car accident to bless us financially.

He sure works in mysterious ways!!
